I’m writing this at the second week of Covid-19 lockdown.
So you are stuck at home, maybe you are still working, maybe twiddling your thumbs, many of us have more time at the moment. Did you know, there is no better time to learn about pleasure. That may seem odd in the time of such a stressful situation but here is why.

Pleasure is the antidote to stress. When we are less stressed we make better decisions and can be more available to support our families and communities.

Pleasure and the endorphins that accompany boost your immune system.

Humans are creatures of habit and changing those habits is often really hard. Right now we are already learning new habits because we have to. We can harness this moment and add changes that you’ve wanted to make for a long time.

If you are a couple, its likely you are spending more time together than normal. This can create stress or be proactive and use the time positively to learn new ways to explore sexuality and pleasure together.

If you are single or alone during lockdown, this is an ideal time to learn more about your own sexuality. When you can learn to enjoy your own body and your own pleasure, meeting with another becomes so much easier, we have more to share and can be more comfortable exploring a new dance with them.

You will be learning in the comfort of your own home, this can be more relaxing but perhaps more importantly it supports your learning. Whilst we are online together I will take you through exercises and the fact you learn these in your home helps you brain practice them in your home later.

It’s Spring time! Did you know Spring is the time of creativity, nature is getting in to full swing. Animals and plants are getting ready for reproduction and that means sex sex sex. For us humans this time of the rising sap can be harnessed for incredible learning and creativity. Sexuality is our ultimate creative energy, we were created by sex and it’s how we create life. Now is the time to learn about and harness this powerful energy for your best life.
